Jacquard Products-No Flow. No Flow is an anifusant that will inhibit the spreading of dyes on fabric. It is particularly useful for drawing or writing with dye filled felt tip markers, fabric pens or brushes (with liquid dyes or paints). Flow dries clear and rinses out with warm water. This package contains 250ml of No Flow. Conforms to ASTM D 4236. Made in USA.
